Please explain how many people you expect to attend; it might be helpful to base this on attendance at similar events you have hosted before.
Which audience development area will your project focus on?*
All activity we support needs to outline how it will contribute to the Film Audience Network priorities outlined in BFI's National Lottery strategy (available at: bit.ly/BFIStrategy). These priorities are: 1) Engaging with children and young people; 2) Accessing a wider choice of film; 3) Tackling social, economic and geographic barriers & 4) Engaging with heritage collections that reflect the diversity of the UK. Please see the guidelines for more details on each area.
If your titles are not yet confirmed, please tell us as much as possible about the type of film(s) you would like to show, with examples where possibe.
Make sure to include who your target audience is and how you intend to reach them, details of any partners you will be working with, and how this activity fits in to your organisation’s overall audience development aims. (up to 500 words)

Please briefly tell us how your activity responds to the BFI Diversity Standards (these can be viewed at: bit.ly/BFIDiversityStandards). This could be through the make up of your team, the films selected for screening, the partners you aim to work with, the audiences you are targeting. Also let us know of any captioning, BSL interpretation or other access measures you are committed to.
