We’re hosting three free Forums across Scotland this November. These informal events are open to all types of exhibitors and offer you the chance to come together, share ideas and network.
Here is the schedule for the Forums:
- Scottish Screen Archive will explain how to access the archive before leading a session on programming archive material.
- Independent Cinema Office will talk about upcoming training opportunities and Screening Days events. Film Hub Scotland (that’s us!) will lay out upcoming funding and programming opportunities.
- Mike Tait, Producer of Discovery Film Festival, will talk about programming for young audiences. Attendees are also invited to watch two Discovery programmes of short films which will be available for booking at a subsidised rate. *
- Africa in Motion will tell you about their 'South Africa at 20' touring programme and their Shebeen Screen project which received funding from Film Hub Scotland. **
* Dundee only
** Inverness and Edinburgh only
Lunch will be provided and we can contribute to travel and accommodation costs if needed. Please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more about travel subsidies.
